Work Process

Kick Off Meeting

A Our approach to the design-build process begins with a meeting to see and discuss your vision. We have an open discussion to be certain all parties understand the vision entire process, and end the goal.

Design

We produce a simple model of what the existing and final plan will look like to ensur we're speaking the same language and so we can easily explain the work to our teams.

Estimate and Plan

We produce a clear and accurate forecast of how much a building project will cost, and how long the project will take before construction begins.

Construction

Construction begins on a client's project with expert project management in control at all times. All aspects of the constuction are monitored to assure quality control and that the project is on the previously agreed to timeline.

Complete

After construction is complete, we address any punch list, operation, and maintenance, etc. Most importantly we have built yet another relationship with a client.
